I have been crocheting for a long time. I dabbled with crocheting in high school for a while and then made each of my children blankets when they came along. But when both of my children decided that waking up at the crack of dawn was their thing and my husband found working nights is his thing I started crocheting when the kids went to bed before the sun set.

After making a few gifts, I was invited to participate as a vendor in the Woodbury Christmas Festival at the 1st craft fair by the Woodbury Fire Department. My skills, interest and business have grown from there. And I was able to get my mom in on the act with her stellar sewing talents (Patti’s Projects).

So from the humble beginnings of crocheting by the last light of day to participating in several local and large craft shows I can’t wait to see where crocheting takes me in the future.
